The Art and Art History Department is excited to launch Frontispace Residency, a summer residency program at the University of Rochester for local artists in the Western New York area. Artists spend two to three months experimenting with making and installing new work and are given access to production workshops and gallery spaces across campus. The residency culminates with an exhibition of the artist’s work at Frontispace (the gallery at the entrance of the Art and Music Library) and a reception to have discussions with the community.
